    Building a memorable hospitality brand isn’t about having everything perfect from day one — it’s about creating something intentional, aligned, and meaningful from the very beginning.

  • Ideally, retreat marketing should begin at least 6–9 months before your retreat date — and sometimes even earlier if your concept, branding, website, or audience still needs to be developed from the ground up.

    Launching a successful retreat involves much more than simply posting on social media. From defining your brand story and ideal guest to building visibility, trust, and a thoughtful booking journey, creating meaningful connection with future guests takes time and consistency.

    Starting early allows space for strategy, creative development, content planning, audience nurturing, and a launch process that feels intentional instead of rushed.

  • Every hospitality brand is unique, which is why I always take a tailored and thoughtful approach to each project. Whether you’re looking for brand strategy, content support, a retreat launch campaign, or ongoing digital presence management, the process always begins with understanding your vision, goals, guest experience, and the story behind your brand.

    From there, we’ll define the right direction together — creating a strategy and creative approach that feels intentional, aligned, and true to your brand.

    Depending on the service you choose, the process may include a discovery call, questionnaire, brand strategy session, content planning, creative direction, or ongoing collaboration and support. Throughout the journey, I’ll guide you every step of the way to make the process feel inspiring, clear, and collaborative.

Contract & Costs

  • We offer initial service agreement terms of 6 months. After the initial service agreement term is complete, your account will be serviced on a month-to-month basis. You have the option to cancel anytime after the 6 month service agreement with a 30 day written or digital notice. After 30 days, we will cancel all services and return any information we have back to you.

  • My pricing is tailored to meet the specific needs of your business. I offer flexible pricing models, including hourly rates, monthly retainers, and project-based packages. After filling out the contact form, you’ll receive a more detailed package and pricing list to get a clear idea of what to expect. Pricing can vary depending on your goals, scope, and the level of service required.

  • Yes, we charge a one-time setup fee starting at € 150,-. This covers system setup and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth start. If a service requires additional elements, such as an audit or questionnaire, the setup fee may vary.

Timeline & Updates

  • Excited after our discovery call? That’s wonderful! Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll help you choose the best plan and send a tailored project proposal. After your approval, we’ll provide a contract for signing. Once finalized, we’ll guide you through the next steps and gather the necessary materials. We aim to start your project as quickly as possible!

  • The frequency of communication depends on your package. The Tiny package includes a monthly update sent by email. The Deluxe and Executive packages include a monthly (video)call to discuss progress, strategy, and updates. The Executive package also comes with a detailed analytics report for deeper insights. Additionally, you can contact us anytime for urgent matters, or send us questions via email between scheduled updates or calls. We’re always here to support you!

Strategy & Creation

  • Our process begins with a deep dive into your brand to understand its story, values, and unique appeal. We use a client questionnaire and/or an audit to gather insights about your brand and current social media handles. Next, we’ll schedule a kickoff call to review the findings, set clear goals, and address any questions.

  • A social media strategy is your roadmap to success. It outlines your goals, target audience, key messaging, content themes, channels, posting schedule, and key metrics. It also defines your brand’s look & feel, including examples of visuals and captions, as well as hashtag research to enhance reach and engagement. A clear plan helps ensure your brand is effectively communicated across platforms, boosting engagement, growing your audience, and driving long-term results.

  • With the developed strategy in mind, we’ll craft a content calendar filled with (trending) ideas. On your approval we’ll start the next step - gathering or editing visuals that align with your brand. We can use your existing content (with honest feedback on its quality and suitability) or source high-quality stock imagery and videos that reflect your identity. Using advanced design tools, we create on-brand visuals paired with captivating copy to ensure your content stands out.

  • We closely review your brand guidelines, tone of voice, and mission to ensure alignment. We also conduct desk research and review any other documents you provide, such as brochures, or other materials that reflect your tone of voice and visual identity. Through collaboration and regular feedback loops, I create content that reflects your values and style, ensuring your unique voice shines in every post.

  • I focus on a mix of organic growth, paid advertising, and community engagement to attract your ideal audience. By creating consistent, valuable content that resonates with followers, running targeted ads to boost reach, and actively engaging with your community, I ensure your brand builds a loyal following. My strategy fosters authentic connections that drive long-term growth and meaningful engagement.

  • Absolutely, we value and rely on your feedback. You'll have the opportunity to review the content calendar and share your input before we start crafting captions and visuals. After the final review and approval, we'll upload the content into a scheduling tool and publish it to your social media pages at the best times.

  • Building a meaningful and aligned digital presence takes time, consistency, and intention. While some brands may notice increased engagement, audience growth, or stronger visibility within the first few weeks, the most impactful and lasting results are typically built over several months of consistent storytelling and brand alignment.

    That’s why many of our ongoing content and strategy packages have a minimum commitment period of 6 months — allowing the strategy, visibility, and guest connection to grow naturally over time.

    For brands looking for quicker visibility boosts, such as retreat launches, seasonal campaigns, or direct booking promotions, paid advertising can also be integrated as part of the overall strategy.

  • Monthly website traffic will vary depending on your campaign's effectiveness and budget. In most situations, we are running A/B testing (different combinations of captions and visuals) to identify the best-performing ads and continuously optimize results. A larger budget generally produces greater outcomes. However, external factors such as market conditions and competitor pricing can also influence results.
